Schoolgirl Fights Zombies With a Katana in the MV for “Kakusei Mirai” by Hime Kyun Fruit Can!

Hime Kyun Fruit Can have taken a dark turn with the zombie apocalypse themed MV for their new single “Kakusei Mirai” (release date: September 9)!
Actress Yuki Sano plays a girl fleeing from zombies (that seem to be able to accelerate quickly) in an abandoned industrial facility. Despite calling for “Ken-chan”, when he finally shows up, his contribution is minimal, forcing the girl to take matters into her own hands!
“Kakusei Mirai” will be released in 2 versions. The limited edition version comes with a DVD which includes a long version of the MV and making of video for “Kakusei Mirai”. The coupling song for both versions is titled “Wordless”. The third track for the limited edition version is “Boku ga Boku de Aru Koto” and for the regular version, it is “Ao no Shonen”.

Rock band Kimi to Sain is also releasing a version of “Kakusei Mirai” on September 2. The MV is even shot in the same style using the same zombies and Yuki Sano as the sword-fighting schoolgirl! It was even uploaded to Hime Kyun Fruit Can’s official YouTube channel.
In addition to performing at @JAM EXPO 2015 on August 29th, Hime Kyun Fruit Can will be celebrating their 5th anniversary with a 2-day event at TSUTAYA O-EAST, “Hime Kyun Matsuri” on August 27-28! Scheduled to appear with Hime Kyun Fruit Can on the first night “Amazing Battle Royal” (August 27) are: Babyraids JAPAN, Su-Xing-Shu, THE Inazuma Sentai, and The 50 Kaitenz. Joining Hime Kyun Fruit Can on the second night “Hime Kyun Matsuri ~Oedo Idoroll! Special Sono San~” (August 28) are their sister groups nanoCUNE and FRUITPOCHETTE as well as LUNKHEAD and JELLYFiSH FLOWER’S.
