Hime Kyun Fruit Can enter unfamiliar territory with the MV for their 8th single “Kokoro Tsunagaru” (release date: March 8)!
“Kokoro Tsunagaru” is the opening theme song for the NHK anime Pikaia!! and features the members of Hime Kyun Fruit Can traveling through a brightly colored illustrated world. While there are some trace elements of the harder rock music they are known for, this seems to be musically rooted in anisong.
“Kokoro Tsunagaru” has been released in a limited edition CD/DVD version and a regular version. The coupling song is titled “Nie²Bye²” and is the ending theme song for Pikaia!! The limited edition includes a DVD with the MV for “Kokoro Tsunagaru” and a dance video for “Nie²Bye²” as well as the bonus track “Pray for the NewWorld” and Pikaia!! cover art.
