Japanese Fans Rank Top 5 Anime Traps, “Otokonoko”!

Japanese anime have their own word for boys who are so feminine that they might be even more girly than the girl characters themselves. They’re called otokonoko, meaning “male daughter”, and have risen in popularity the past decade. The closest translation to English would be the slang terminology “trap”.

These otokonoko don’t have a specific sexuality or style, as the only requirement is that their looks can pass as a girls.

With that in mind, let’s look at the best otokonokos according to Japanese fans!
