TOKYO GIRLS’ STYLE Never Stops!! Performance in Vietnam, Next in Thailand

In September 20, 5 girls dance and vocal unit, TOKYO GIRLS’ STYLE performed live concert at FamilyMart Asia Collection Spotlight Live in Vietnam. So far, TOKYO GIRLS’ STYLE has performed at Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, and San Francisco in U.S., however, Vietnam is first visit for them.

Miyu Yamanabe commented, “We were afraid that no one would know us, but it wasn’t the fact. A lot of people cheered us, and especially, it was happy there were many girls than we expected.” Actually, cheers arose when they introducing video started running unexpectedly, and they said it made them enthusiastic.
Along to the message video on YouTube that was uploaded before the concert, the first song they performed was “Kodou No Himitsu”. The members were surprised at display of fireworks, as they hadn’t experienced such a direction.
The leader Mei Shoji talked in Vietnamese a little bit, after they finished the second song “Limited addiction”. She commented that she couldn’t speak just a little bit in Vietnamese, but felt happy because the audience reacted me at least.
They finished their concert with the song “Onnaji Kimochi”, moved to catwalk spaces where they could get closer to the audience. Hitomo Arai said she could felt enthusiastic response from fans in Vietnam, as they sang and danced “Onnaji Kimochi” along together.
As the next step of the FamilyMart Asia project, they have upcoming concert at Thailand in October. They have been to Thailand once before, however, are more eager to make it more lively. The concert is going to be streamed, so let’s cheer them whenever you are in the world!
