TOKYO GIRLS’ STYLE Reveal Glittery Cover Art for Best Of Mini Albums!

TOKYO GIRLS’ STYLE prepare to close out their 7th year with a pair of mini albums “PERIOD. BEST – Otona ni Narundakara -” and “PERIOD. BEST – Kimete Iyo Watashi no Koto -” (release date: October 25)!
The concept for the cover art is inspired by diamonds, a reference to their debut single “Kirari☆” which was released on May 5, 2010. The change from the original meaning of “stars” to “diamonds” represents the growth and experiences that TOKYO GIRLS’ STYLE underwent as they transitioned from being girls into becoming young women.
With the retraction of their “artist declaration” in July of 2017, and commitment to “TOKYO GIRLS’ STYLE is TOKYO GIRLS’ STYLE”, the group has once again reinvented themselves. Both mini albums are CD/DVD versions which include several of their MVs and a 2-part documentary.
