Idols and promotion go hand in hand. It seems like no matter what people want to draw attention to in Japan, there is an idol promoting it. Babyraids, LinQ, Negicco, and Vanilla Beans have come together as “Team Daiji na Tokoro”, a special unit created to promote bone marrow donor registration and it might be one of the cutest things we have seen all week!
In what looks like a typical music video with a school love story, the members use a catchy song and easy to remember dance to call attention to the part in the lower back where bone marrow is taken from, referred to as the “daiji na tokoro” (important place). Leave it to Japanese idols to make something important seem so fun and cute!
