Sakura Gakuin Reveals MV for their New Song “Heart no Hoshi”

Sakura Gakuin has reavealed the MV for their new song “Heart no Hoshi” which will be released as a DVD single on October 22.
This will be their first single since the current formation of 2014. The new song is a cute and girly pop tune produced by Tommy february6 & Shunsaku Okuda who also provided the group’s past single “My Graduation Toss” which was released in February, 2013.

In the music video, the two worlds of present-day Sakura Gakuin and the Rakusa Clan (“Sakura” backwards, in Japanese), an imaginary tribe enacted by Sakura Gakuin members, intersect throughout the story; the concept of the song, that “if our hearts are connected, the earth is one,” is expressed in a fanciful and magnificent way. The group members divide up to act out the two worlds, which are connected by a magical doorway. The girls wear outfits that are not their usual school uniforms, and the video is brimming with their cute charm.
