Nogizaka46 3rd generation audition final results have been revealed on 4 September 2016, and 12 candidates were selected as new members.

12 girls were selected among 48,986 applications which reaches almost three times more than the second audition. Adding 12 new members, Nogizaka46 will start new chapter with 47 members in total.
