Negicco and Perfume at the Budokan? “Perfume FES!! 2015 3-nin Matsuri” Adds Spice to the Lineup!

Negicco, the legendary idol group from Niigata, will be joining electronic dance music superstars from Hiroshima, Perfume, for “Perfume FES!! 2015 3-nin Matsuri” at the Nippon Budokan on September 22, 2015! It is part of “Perfume Anniversary 10days 2015 PPPPPPPPPP” in celebration of the group celebrating 10 years since making their major debut (15 since their formation). Also scheduled to appear on that day are: Kuso Iinkai, Fujifabric, and WEAVER, with more to be announced! Hopefully there will be some kind of collaboration between Perfume and Negicco; they could call themselves “Negi-fume” or “Perficco”?

Negicco also has a teaser trailer for their upcoming live DVD “Negicco First Tour 「Never Give Up Girls!!!＆Rice＆Snow」at Niigata Kenmin Kaikan Dai-Hall” (release date: July 17)!

The short video documents the members of Negicco as they prepare to step onto their biggest stage yet in front of the people they have been representing as pioneers of the local idol scene for the past 12 years during their tour finale on May 5, 2015. With “NEGI FES ~Negicco 12th Birthday~” (July 20), Tokyo Idol Festival (August 1-2), Hibiya Open-Air Concert Hall (August 16), and a new single (August 11), as just some of the other highlights coming up on their schedule, Negicco has only just begun!
