Trick or Treat! SUPER☆GiRLS, Cheeky Parade, GEM, and Wasuta Bring Halloween to Akihabara!

SUPER☆GiRLS, Cheeky Parade, GEM, and Wasuta celebrated Halloween early with a free live in the middle of Akihabara on October 16, 2016 and for the second year in a row they were appointed Akihabara Tourism Ambassadors by the Akihabara Tourism Promotion Association.

Over 3,000 fans gathered to see their favorite iDOL Street groups in their Halloween costumes as they traded quips with comedians and performed their most popular songs.

I feel really honored to be awarded the role of ambassador 2 years in a row. With the Tokyo Olympics in 2020 approaching, I want to keep working hard to get people excited about Akihabara and hope to have an Akihabara Festival someday!
