As the definition of idol becomes more and more broad, elements of rock, metal, and punk, among other genres have come change preconceived notions of just cute girls in frilly dresses. In the latest of events conceived by entertainer, farmer, and idol event promoter Gyuzo, “Gyu-No Fes vol. 15〜Girls’ Punk Band vs Girls’ Rock Idol〜” will assemble 4 groups that define the more aggressive side of Japanese femininity at newly opened Zirco Tokyo on June 7, 2016!
Starting with legendary veteran female punk band Lolita No.18, who have been a fixture in the scene ever since being formed in 1989 all the way to Aoyama☆Saint Hachamecha High School trainee group THE WiLD TRUMPS, who just had their first performance on May 14, 2016, the lineup covers old and new! Not to be overlooked, Oyasumi Hologram and Zekkyo Suru 60-do, two idol groups notorious for their wild performances and relentless performance schedules, round out the lineup for the day!
