Ciao Bella Cinquetti face the problems associated with a clueless love interest in the MV for “Doushiyou, Watashi” from their double A-side single “Doushiyou, Watashi/Ichigo Ichie” (release date: January 27)!

Following up on Morning Musume. ’15’s “Tsumetai Kaze to Kataomoi” which was released a few weeks earlier, “Doushiyou, Watashi” is about the feelings of a young woman who wants to be noticed. Whoever isn’t noticing these young women isn’t worth the trouble! On another Morning Musume.-related note, it appears that this is the same location used in the MV for “Do it Now”. Even after the sudden graduation of Yurika Akiyama in August of 2015, it looks like Ciao Bella Cinquetti are moving forward powerfully into their 10th year as a group.

Recently graduated Kanon Fukuda (ANGERME) has written the lyrics for “Doushiyou, Watashi” and the music was composed and arranged by longtime Hello! Project contributor, AKIRA, which may account for some of it sounding familiar to some. Lyrics for “Ichigo Ichie” are by Yoshiko Miura, the music was composed by Takui Nakajima, and it was arranged by Jiro Miyanaga. There is a third song titled “Ai no Dotonba”, which comes in a different solo version on each of the regular editions of the single. The limited edition CD/DVD includes the MVs for “Doushiyou, Watashi” and “Ichigo Ichie”.
