AKB48 Soar Through the Year in the MV for “365 Nichi no Kamihikouki”!

AKB48 has unfolded the short preview MV for “365 Nichi no Kamihikouki”, the coupling song for “Kuchibiru ni Be My Baby” (release date: December 9)! It is the theme song for the NHK morning drama series “Asa ga Kita” which is based on the life of Edo/Meiji businesswoman Asako Hirooka.

“365 Nichi no Kamihikouki” is focused on the voice of Sayaka Yamamoto, who begins the song as she folds a paper airplane, which is a metaphor for life. She is joined by Minami Takahashi and Haruna Kojima and gradually all 16 members take their places in front of the camera. With the slightly country-western acoustic guitar and electric piano parts in the music and the one-piece dresses worn by the members, it has a it of an old-fashioned feel to it.

“Kuchibiru ni Be My Baby” will be released in 4 limited edition versions and 4 regular versions with DVDs. All types contain voting codes for AKB48 Request Hour Setlist Best 100 2016/AKB48 Solo Request Hour.
