YURUSYACHI : Learn the representative washoku!
A series in which the members of Shachihoko learn about Japan. In part one, based on the theme “making broth,” they will take on the challenge of creating the authentic Japanese autumn dish, “matsutake mushroom dobinmushi,” with the help of a mentor chef. The experience will be full of firsts, such as making kezuribushi (flaked bonito) from katsuobushi (slices of dried bonito). Also, they will learn about the saying “there’s no success without hard work!”
