UPUPGIRLS (KARI) step forward boldly with the MV for “Jōjō Dokonjō” from their 23rd single “Jōjō Dokonjō/Be a Girl” (release date: November 28)!

In their first release as a 5-member group, UPUPGIRLS (KARI) display their fighting spirit as they take on a series of physical challenges, ending with them removing a giant hornet nest.

The music is by michitomo, who also arranged it alongside Kazuboy while lyrics are by Ameko Kodama and the rap is by Machee Def.

“Jōjō Dokonjō/Be a Girl” will be released in 3 versions. The bonus track for Type-A is “Start Line”, the bonus track for Type-B is Ichiban Girls 2017!”, and the bonus track for Type-C is a Dr.Usui remix of “Be a Girl”. In addition to in-store events, UPUPGIRLS (KARI) will be commemorating the release of the single with KARI The LIVE Straight Up!! at The DOORS on December 8, 2017.
