UPUPGIRLS (KARI) race through the rice fields in the MV for “FOREVER YOUNG” from their double A-side 22nd single “UPPER DISCO/FOREVER YOUNG” (release date: May 9)!

“FOREVER YOUNG” is a light and zippy ska tune by longtime contributors michitomo (music/arrangement) and NOBE (lyrics) which has the members of UPUPGIRLS (KARI) and UPUPGIRLS (2) running a brisk 5k through the countryside. With the use of time lapse photography, they are able to complete the race in less than 5 minutes all while singing right into the camera without even breaking a sweat!

“UPPER DISCO/FOREVER YOUNG” will be released in 3 versions. The bonus track for Type-A is titled “FLASH”, the bonus track for Type-B is an Akari Saho solo song titled “Show Time”, and the bonus track for Type-C is an UPUPGIRLS (2) version of “FOREVER YOUNG”.

UPUPGIRLS (KARI) began their ∞ Lives Change& Evolution live house tour at Shinjuku BLAZE on April 16th and UPUPGIRLS (2) will be accompanying them as they travel to “challenges” (live performances) in Sendai (April 22), Yokohama (May 4), Nagano (May 14), Hiroshima (June 3), Fukuoka (June 4), Sapporo (June 10), Gunma (June 18), Osaka (July 1), and Nagoya (July 2) announced thus far. Don’t forget your towel because all performances are sure to be hot!
