Seiyuu Sumire Uesaka has put out the MV for her 6th single “Inner Urge” (release date: July 22) for the world to see! It will be the ending theme song for the anime adaptation of “Shimoneta to Iu Gainen ga Sonzai Shinai Taikutsu na Sekai” (A Boring World Where the Concept of Dirty Jokes Doesn’t Exist).

Contributor Wanted!!

Directed by the creative and unconventional Smith, who is responsible for several Dempagumi.inc and Team Syachihoko MVs, “Inner Urge” begins with Uesaka dressed in black with light makeup on as she stares intently at an office lady (OL) typing away at a computer and a nurse putting on red nail polish. They suddenly turn into mannequins before changing back and joining her in the SOX (Shimoneta Terrorist Organization from the anime) dance as clothes fly through the air! Since it’s the theme song for an anime about students who wear panties on their head while fighting for the right to say dirty jokes, maybe it’s not that strange?

“Inner Urge” will be released in 3 versions: a limited edition CD/DVD version, anime version, and regular version. The coupling song is titled “Tsuwamono Domoga Yume no Ato”. The CD/DVD version comes with the full MV for “Inner Urge”. The anime version has special artwork from the anime and a TV-sized version of the song and the regular version features an alternate cover. Going on sale July 8, 2015 is the opening theme song for “Shimoneta to Iu Gainen ga Sonzai Shinai Taikutsu na Sekai”, “B Chiku Sentai SOX”, which is performed by SOX.
