Popteen unveiled special movie that let us know How to make “Shiina Pikarin”

Shiina Pikarin is known as Shiina Hikari, the popular model of gyaru magazine, ‘Popteen’.

Finally she will be debuting and releasing her first single “Shinryaku Pikarin Densetsu☆” under Avex.

Now, Popteen has unveiled the movie, How to make “Shiina Pikarin”.
You can see behind the scenes of Pikarin’s days for pre-debut.

This movie is a documentary film that the magazine ran after 134 days of production “Shinryaku Pikarin Densetsu☆” such as voice training, recording, and shooting the promotional video.

The Story so far …

According to Hikari, Pikarin has always been a pet name given to her. Despite her cute looks, she loves anime and cosplay, so much that she’s known for her “wota-kei gyaru model” character. Which is unique in that not many gyaru models declare themselves as wota/otaku. Encompassig Shibuya, Harajuku and Akihabara she is a new type artist that represents teen culture, and avex’s new ultimate weapon.

Under the name Shiina Pikarin, the high school girl will team up with Vocaloid producer, HachioujiP, to produce the title track. The concept for her debut is “Pikarin from the Underworld”. She even has a cute little back story to go with it.

Lastly, she leaves a comment for her fans, showing off her enthusiasm: Servicing as a 3rd year high school student☆ A Scorpio in the Underworld! Scorpion☆ Finally ascended from the Underworld, to debut☆ Shiina Pikarin will devilishly do her best under the great name of “avex” in the human world~ （≧∇≦）ゞ”
