petit milady Unveils Short MV for “Hakone Hakoiri Musume” Featuring Japanese Hot Spring Hotel

Petit milady, the voice actress unit featuring Aoi Yuki and Ayana Taketatsu, has released a short music video for “Hakone Hakoiri Musume” (The Sheltered Girl Hakone) that will be used as the opening theme song for the upcoming television anime adaptation of Daisuke Yui’s Onsen Yosei Hakone-chan (Young Hot Spring Spirit Hakone-chan) manga.

The single is slated for release on October 21. It will contain a serial number that will give the owner preference in ticketing for Petit milady’s second live concert in the Ariake Coliseum on December 6th. Petit milady will host an event on November 8 that will commemorate the single’s launch.

The new song is a lively Japanese-style pop tune. In the MV, petit milady are making a lot of noise joyfully in a hot‐spring hotel wearing cute glossy kimono.

The anime series “Onsen Yosei Hakone-chan” is a warm slapstick hot spring comedy takes place in the Japanese resort town of Hakone. After many years of dormant rest, a hot springs fairy awakens in modern-day Japan. However, while she slept, she took on the appearance of a young girl. (The “Yosei” in the title is a wordplay on the Japanese words for fairy and a young child.) She decides to cooperate with the locals whilst trying to regain her powers.

In the anime series, Aoi Yuki voices Goura, alongside Ayana Taketatsu as Ashinoko.

The series will premiere in October and run for 13 episodes on Animax, Teletama (TV Saitama), tvk, KBS Kyoto, Sun TV, and other stations.
