“Passport” to Adventure! Mai Shiraishi (Nogizaka46) Reveals Previews of 3rd Photobook!

Preview photos from Mai Shiraishi’s (Nogizaka46) 3rd photobook “Passport” (release date: February 7) have been revealed!

In stark contrast to the conservative image of Nogizaka46, Shiraishi takes on her first challenge of posing in nearly transparent white lingerie in a series of photos published in the issue of FRIDAY which went on sale January 13th. Photographer Kazutaka Nakamura who most fans may know from his work on Haruna Kojima’s legendary “Dou Suru?” and Mayu Watanabe’s “Shiranai Uchi ni” once again steps behind the camera, this time expanding beyond Los Angeles to include San Diego as well.

When asked about “Passport”, Shiraishi exclaimed that it gave her confidence. Producer Yasushi Akimoto added that after taking a look at the photobook, he felt like “Shiraishi could go anywhere”. With endorsements from the model as well as the man responsible for creating Japan’s best-selling groups, what more do you need?
