Save the Last Dance? Nana Yamada Takes Center Stage in the MV for NMB48’s “Don’t Look Back!”

NMB48 have released the MV (short version) for their 11th single “Don’t Look Back!” (release date: March 31). It will be Nana Yamada’s final single with the group before her graduation on her 23rd birthday, April 3.

It’s a dance song shot in black and white with Nana Yamada in the center of a whirlwind of kicks, flying elbows, and whipping hair. “Don’t Look Back!” will be sold in 7 different versions, Type A-C (limited and regular) which come with DVDs, and a CD-only theater version. While all of the coupling songs have yet to be announced for the single, Nana Yamada has a solo song on the Type-B version titled “Minna, Daisuki!” Also on the Type-B version is a song by Team M “Heart, Sakebu”. Type-A versions have “Ren’ai Petenshi” by Team N and a yet unnamed song by members of the 6th Namba Teppoudai Sono. Type-C has “Romantic Snow” by Team BII.

The 6 DVD versions also have different contents. Limited Type-A, B, and C have footage from NMB48’s 3-day 4th anniversary concert which was held at Osaka Convention Center on October 14, 2014. DVDs for the regular versions will include the MV for “Don’t Look Back!” and Type-A will also have the long-awaited MV for “Seishun no Lap Time”, the coupling song from their first single “Zetsumetsu Kurokami Shoujo” and the MV for “Ren’ai Petenshi”. Type-B will have the MV for “Heart, Sakebu” and a live MV of “Tomodachi”. Type-C will have the MV for “Romantic Snow” and a variety show comedy segment.
