Negicco and Friends Make it a Green Day in the MV for “Mujun, Hajimemashita”!

Negicco signal the start of spring with a flash of color in the MV for “Mujun, Hajimemashita” (release date: March 29)!

In the MV, Nao☆, Megu, and Kaede are set against a bright green background in a formation similar to the black keys on a piano, appearing and disappearing in time with the leisurly Shibuya-kei rhythm off the music. Also appearing in the MV are: (Especia) Haruka Tominaga, Erika Mori (ex-Especia) Chihiro Mise, Chika Sannomiya, Monari Wakita, Seira Kariya, Maho Shimao, Karia Nomoto, Reina Hikasa, as well as mei and yumi from lyrical school! If you blink, you might just miss them! The music for “Mujun, Hajimemashita” was composed by Yu Sakai and its lyrics are written by Asako Toki with connie and NegiBAND providing the arrangement.

“Mujun, Hajimemashita” will be released as 3 limited editions, 1 regular version, and a 7-inch vinyl record! The DVD for Type-A will include the MV for “Mujun, Hajimemashita (Yellow＆Red version)”. Type-B includes a second disc titled ReNegi CD with “Space Nekojaracy (Yakenohara ACID Yume Shibai remix)” and “Oyasumi (Miyauchi Yuri remix)”. Type-C only includes “Mujun, Hajimemashita” and is only 500 yen. The coupling song is titled “Rakuen no Yoin” which has music and lyrics by connie and arrangement by Minami Kitasono. The 7-inch includes both songs, one on each side of the record, just like how singles were commonly released before cassettes and CDs became popular. Negicco will be kicking off their second tour, this time with the NegiBAND, on March 5th with the finale taking them all the way to the legendary Nakano Sun Plaza on April 27th! Don’t miss it!
