NECRONOMIDOL reach out from the abyss in the dark and haunting MV for “psychopomp” from their EP “from chaos born” (release date: June 15)!
Filmed in the notorious Aokigahara forest at the base of Mount Fuji known for being the site of many suicides, glimpses of the members and the damp vegetation glide past the camera of director Dan Szpara. Combined with the haunting vocals (lyrics by NECRONOMIDOL) complete with English subtitles and tumultuous music by Kei Toriki, the MV for “psychopomp” is an eerie farewell to the former lineup of NECRONOMIDOL following the departures of Karen Kusaka (October) and Hotaru Tsukumo (November).
