Kyary Pamyu Pamyu Investigates a Mysterious World in the MV for “Crazy Party Night〜Pumpkin no Gyakushuu〜”!

Kyary Pamyu Pamyu has uncovered the delightfully colorful and bizzare MV for her 11th single “Crazy Party Night〜Pumpkin no Gyakushuu〜” (release date: September 2)!

In the MV she plays a reporter investigating a party as well as the host (and a chef for a few moments) of the party in question. She attempts to interview the guests who include creatures with cake and candy for heads and breakdancing zombies. The choreography, which is courtesy of Paris-based duo I COULD NEVER BE A DANCER, is cute and bouncy, borrowing several elements from previous decades, including Michael Jackson’s classic “Thriller”.

“Crazy Party Night〜Pumpkin no Gyakushuu〜” will be released in a limited edition version with a DVD which has 5 songs from her “Kyary Pamyu Pamyu – Himitsu no Sweet Powder Room -” concert (April 2015): “CANDY CANDY”, “Mondai Girl”, “Cherry Bon Bon”, “do do pi do”, and “PONPONPON”. The coupling songs are: “No No No,” “Oshiete Dance Floor,” and “Kimama”.

Kyary Pamyu Pamyu also has her first MV collection DVD/Blu-ray “KPP MV01″ (release date: September 30) coming out! The DVD/Blu-ray will include everything from “PONPONPON” up until “Crazy Party Night〜Pumpkin no Gyakushuu〜”!
