Keyakizaka46 show the downfalls of being dependent on technology in the sorrowful MV for “Wareta Smartphone” from their 4th single “Fukyōwaon” (release date: April 5)

The special unit Aozora to MARRY (Manaka Shida, Yuka Sugai, Akane Moriya, Rika Watanabe, and Risa Watanabe) are left waiting for their unseen companions who are unable to contact them due to their broken smartphones. The scenes of them dancing in seifuku is even framed to look like the screen of a mobile device as many of them are filmed through double doors at the end of a dark hallway.

“Fukyōwaon” will be released in 4 CD/DVD limited editions and a regular CD version. The coupling song is titled “W-Keyakizaka no Uta” by Kanji Keyaki/Hiragana Keyaki and is included on all versions. Type-A includes the exclusive track “Hohoemi ga Kanashii” by Techi & Neru (Yurina Hirate and Neru Nagahama), the MV for “W-Keyakizaka no Uta”, and the individual videos for: Nijika Ishimori, Rina Uemura, Yui Kobayashi, Aoi Harada, Nagahama Neru, Memi Kakizaki & Kumi Sasaki, Mana Takase & Mei Higashimura.
