Curumi Chronicle, a 17 years old singer who is talked about as “EDM high school girl”, has released two singles “17” and “Touch Me” at the same time in July 30th.
The songs are electronic music based and mixed with her voice. On last spring, she held a solo concert celebrating 1st anniversary of her debut at WOMB in Shibuya, and she also performed at “TOKYO IDOL FESTIVAL” at Odaiba in this August 2nd and 3rd.
Here is the video of 1st anniversary concert video;
For “17”, the concept is to screen Curumi herself as one 17 years old school girl, and the music is more based on electro sound. The song “Seventeen” from “17” is really pop sound mixed with her clear and light voice. On the other hand, “Touch Me” contains more club music songs based on EDM sound that remind of 80’s.
For celebrating these two singles’ release, a live concert “Seventeen Memories” will be taken place at WOMB in Shibuya on August 16th. Shiho Namba, who is popular as having miracly gentle and clear voice, will perform there as well.
