Dempagumi.inc is back in another crazy commercial for Kirin’s Mets line of soft drinks and this time, they literally have one of their biggest co-stars ever! A Godzilla-sized Gachapin!
Set by the seaside, Risa Aizawa, Nemu Yumemi, and Mirin Furukawa are hiding from the heat when the giant Gachapin rises from the ocean and for some reason they decide to run toward him! Moga Mogami, Eimi Naruse, and Ayane Fujisaki scamper off of a school bus and decide to do the same thing! Why the police officer is running towards Gachapin with a SG (guitar) that is not plugged into anything, is a mystery. The image of people having cool water spray down on them is a common motif in summer commercials but, why does it have to come from Gachapin’s mouth? As shown in the picture at the top of the article, Dempagumi didn’t waste this “shutter chance” to take a selfie with Gachapin!
