BABYMETAL Sets World Tour Schedule!! SONISPHERE Shifts Their Stage to Main Stage!!

On May 7, a three girls metal idol unit, BABYMETAL, announced a time schedule for their first worldwide tour. Starting with performance in France on July 1, they will tour around three countries in Europe, and conclude it with performance at Makuhari Messe, in Chiba, Japan, on September 14.

It was in March this year, under the theme “fusion of metal and idol”, they filled the Japanese holy place of Rock, Nippon Budokan, with their supporters, besides, for two days.

To comply with awesome worldwide demand, they jump into an unknown world. As their very first world tour, BABYMETAL is set to perform in France on July 1st, in Germany on 3rd, and in England on 5th and 7th.
Additional performances in countries are expected to be announced in short time.

This is not the only breakthrough. A major rock fes in England, “SONISPHERE FESTIVAL UK” announced that it has changed the date and stage of BABYMETAL’s act from the Bohemia tent to its main (APOLLO) stage. The unprecedented change was carried out because of the great numbers of response to the announcement of the appearance. On Sunday July 5, they will play on the same stage with the English legendary metal giant, “IRON MAIDEN”.
