BABYMETAL and Fans Celebrates the 15th Anniversary of TOWER RECORDS Shinjuku Store!

On October 18th, celebrating the 15th Anniversary of TOWER RECORDS Shinjuku Store, the memorial live event titled “15 no Yoru” was held at Akasaka BLITZ.
Crossing the genre, various artists gathered at the event. Participating artists were UtsuP, Uwakimono (Takeru from SuG), NEW ROTE’KA, Pierre Nakano (from Rin to shite Shigure), BABYMETAL, and DJ’TEKINA//SOMETHING a.k.a Yuyoppe.

BABYMETAL appeared as starter artist. They came in the stage with “Metal Gods,” the back band of the BABYMETAL and start the act with “BABY METAL DEATH.” Then they performed cacthy metal tunes like “Megitsune,” “Kimito Anime Ga Mitai -Answer for Animation with You-” and make audiences excited and crazed. After that, YUIMETAL and MOAMETAL acted rap tune “Onedari Daisakusen.” In “Headbangeeeeerrrrr!!!!!” the whole audience did head banging and SU-METAL reply that with the screaming shout! As the last tune, “Izime, Dame, Zettai” was performed. The intro of the tune was played, the Wall Of Death occurred and audience are splitted half and then crashed into each group in the middle of the floor. In the last of the performance, the members and audience shouted “We are BABYMETAL!” in the call & response style. The act with almost no interval closed in fanatic excitement.

Following BABYMETAL’s solid performance, other artists also showed energetic performance. The event ended in a great success.
