Four-member idol unit Akamaru Dash☆, produced by Tetsuya Takeda and active since last year, revealed their new visual and announced what’s included in and major debut single, “Tabete, Waratte, Ikiteiku (Eat, Laugh, Live),” on sale from October 22.
Apart from the title tune, with its catchy tune that will be hard to get out of your head, the other included songs will vary among the four different disc editions released: red, green, black, and white. The song “5 Minutes Ruler,” exclusively on the black disc, is an uptempo idol number themed around udon and soba that will definitely get the crowd hyped when performed live. The red disc’s “4 Colors,” on the other hand, is a happy-yet-sad love song where the girls put their hearts on their sleeves.
Common to all editions is the inclusion of the cover song for “Uwasa no Japanese Boy,” an original song sung by illustrator Meru Kishida.
Fans, the wait is finally over: the official Twitter account for Akamaru Dash☆ goes live from today, August 30! You won’t be able to take your eyes off these girls as they give their “Akamaru All” and make a “Dash” for the big time.
