9nine’s stage appearance in a Large-Scale Event for the anime “Magi”, “Magifes : The festival of magic” Confirmed!

A large-scale event for the anime “Magi“, “Magifes: The festival of magic“, will be held on June 8, 2014. The location will be the Pacifico Yokohama National Convention Hall. As might be expected for a popular show, it is an event fans are highly interested in.
The girls’ group 9nine has confirmed their appearance at this event, “Magifes: The festival of magic”. The song “With You/With Me”, sung by 9nine, was commissioned to be used as the ending theme of the anime “Magi”, broadcast on MBS and TBS affiliated networks. The voices of the five singers will soon be echoing in the walls of the Pacifico Yokohama.

On June 8, two public performances, one in the afternoon and one in the evening, are planned for “Magifes: The festival of magic”. The afternoon performance will be at 2:00PM, and the evening performance will be at 6:30PM.
Presale tickets for the afternoon performance are currently being reserved by owners of the second volume of the BD/DVD. General sales for both performances will begin on May 17th.

9nine was organized in 2005 by Umika Kawashima, Uki Satake, Hirona Murata, Kanae Yoshii, and Sayaka Nishiwaki. Last summer, they appeared at “ROCK IN JAPAN FES. 2013” and “SUMMER SONIC 2013”, and in November their new single “Re:” placed 7th on the Oricon Weekly Charts, their highest showing to date. This summer they are planning a concert at the Budokan, “9nine Dream Live in Budokan”.

Also, on March 20 and 21, they will appear at “Perfume FES!!2014”. Member Sayaka Nishiwaki is the little sister of Perfume’s Ayaka “A~chan” Nishiwaki, and this will notably be her first performance in her hometown of Hiroshima.
In addition, to commemorate the March 12th release of “With You/With Me”, the group will be holding mini-concerts in various regions. And from 3:40PM on March 22, they will appear at the anime song concert Music Unlimited during AnimeJapan 2014.
