A Marvelous Show is About to Begin! The Hoopers’ 2nd Album “FANTASIC SHOW”

Boyish girls’ unit The Hoopers have dropped the music video preview for their fourth single, “Jounetsu wa Kareha no You ni,” to be released on December 16th. The song, whose title translates to “passion is like autumn leaves,” is the perfect way to keep your heart warm this fall!
Voice actor Yuichi Nakamura narrates, “In this hollow season, I find myself at a loss. But even so, my mind is packed with thoughts that I don’t know how to express. I want someone to teach me.” The song begins with a Spanish feel as matadors’ capes flap back and forth, and the members’ passionate dance mimics the leaves falling around them. Military-inspired jackets and plenty of red, black, and white backgrounds bring you right into the crisp, cool feel of the season.
As main vocalist Mirai leads into the first verse, things begin heating up between members.
A love triangle seems to be unfolding between Haruki, Yuhi and Cecil, meanwhile, Mizuki and Sena are getting cozy on their own. The preview ends a bit abruptly, with Mirai gazing into a lighter’s flame as the narrator concludes, “there’s just one thing I want to convey: I love you.”
The group’s fourth single is their first as 8 members. One member, Yuhi, took a break from activities beginning in July, and was temporarily replaced by Cecil, a member of The Hoopers’ little brother group, AXELL. Cecil saw such a warm reception that at The Hoopers’ first one-man live on 11/15 when was Yuhi welcomed back into the group, Cecil was added in as a permanent member.
The single will be released in 10 versions, including a regular edition, limited edition, and special limited editions for each member for the first time.
