Sheena Ringo to Collaborate with Nakata Yasutaka in Her Upcoming Best-Of Album!

Sheena Ringo will be releasing two greatest albums on November 15th to celebrate the 15th anniversary of her major label debut. One is a collaborative best-of album called ”Ukina” and the other is a live best-of album “MITSUGETSU SHOU“.

“Ukina” will feature previously released tracks made by collaborations with lots of artists from 1998. It will come with songs like ”CRAZY DAYS CRAZY FEELING” with ZAZEN BOYS, “Kiken Sugiru” with Asai Kenichi, and “Koroshiya Kiki Ippatsu” with SOIL & “PIMP” SESSIONS. In addition, the album will include a new song, “NETSUAI HAKKAKUCHU,” which is her first collaboration with CAPSULE’s Yasutaka Nakata, and “IT WAS YOU,” for which Burt Bacharach provides the music.

On the other hand, “MITSUGETSU SHOU” will feature tracks selected from her past live audios. It marks the first time that live tracks taken from the TV program “SONGS” (aired in 2009) will be released.

Furthermore, to celebrateher 15th anniversary, all Sheena Ringo video titles will be released on Blu-ray. All the ‘Sexual Healing’ videos will be released on one disc, and an eight-disc box set of past concert recordings will be released.

Sheena Ringo has scheduled a series of concerts for November. The Sheena Ringo 15th Anniversary Kamiyama Party Convention 2013 will be held at Bunkamura Orchard Hall and will consist of five shows, a premium event to help commemorate her major label debut fifteen years ago.
Right after the concert, she will hold exclusive shows on November 28 and 29 for “RINGOHAN” official fan club members. The November 29 show will be broadcast live in movie theaters around Japan. It’s highly recommended to take a trip to the movie theater to witness this premium event!
