Rhymeberry will release “IDOL ILLMATIC“, their first single since their regrouping as a trio, on November 19th.
The single will include the title track, IDOL ILLMATIC, a song about their daily lives as idols, and a Pajama Party tune, IN THE HOUSE, which takes a peek into their slumber parties. The limited-edition CD will also include a piece performed in a past concert, Playground #1, an a cappella rap piece reconstructed here with an old-school drum break. Furthermore, there is an Idol Illmatic video in the making, shot by Seikaku Yoshiko-chan, who has worked on videos for Kindan no Tasuketsu, Akasick, and Punpee.
In conjunction with the release, there will be a series of free live events starting this week with The Rhymeberry no The Idol Illmatic, Da Free Live Tour!, on October 4th. On December 21st, at Blaze in Shinjuku, Tokyo, they will have their first one-band live since their MAGIC PARTY vol.2.
