Videos for the three songs from Sayumi Michishige’s final single with Morning Musume. ’14, “TIKI BUN / Shaba Daba Doo~ / Mikaeri Bijin” (release date: October 15, 2014) are up on their official YouTube channel and are sure to give fans mixed emotions as they watch them.

TIKI BUN” is a mid-tempo EDM track featuring a precisely choreographed formation dance that has been the characteristic of Morning Musume. for the past few years. It’s a song with a message to motivate listeners to take care of the earth as well as to believe in themselves, despite what others may say. For those listening with headphones on, your wristwatch is not going crazy; it’s part of the song.

Shaba Daba Doo~” is the cute jazzy solo track for Sayumi Michishige which celebrates her contributions to Morning Musume over the 11 years that she was a member. As a reference to Michishige’s first single with the group “Shabondama” (2003), there are bubbles all over the place! Michishige’s breathy vocals cover a myriad of topics during the song, from her lack of singing ability to the hardships of being an idol. Mizuki Fukumura and Haruna Iikubo make guest appearances in the video as well.

Mikaeri Bijin” is probably the heaviest of the three songs. Performed by all the members of Morning Musume. except Michishige, it’s an emotional tribute and farewell to their beloved leader. Appearing by herself and dressed in a traditional Japanese kimono, Michishige is shown writing letters to the remaining members. The scene where they open the letters particularly emotional, with a single tear from Haruka Kudo’s eye staining the paper as she reads. The video ends with the members reaching out as Michishige walks away.
