Miss iD is looking for “Girls of the next generation, waiting to be found” in Miss iD 2016. Miss iD is a girls audition hosted by Kodansha. iD has a double meaning of identity, and idol.
The first Miss iD in 2012 was Tina Tamashiro, when she was 14 years old. She is now a famous model of ViVi.
The second Miss iD in 2014 was Jun Aonami. She debuted in the movie “Wonderful World End”(2014) with starring with Ai Hashimoto.
The third Miss iD 2015 was a double Grand-prix, Rie Kaneko and Shizu Mizuno.
The judges will be famous celebrities of many kinds of genres. After being chosen as Miss iD, she will be on Kodansha magazines, photo albums and many kinds of media. Kodansha and the judges will become the producer of Miss iD and find the best ways to show the world the best of the Miss iD.
And hey guess what! As we looked at the application requirements, is says “no requirements for nationality”. Just in case, we asked the management office if this was true. According to the office there are entries from outside of Japan! So don’t hesitate and make your entry! They are looking for the Miss iD that will make the world more exciting.

Female. Born between 4/2 1980 to 4/1 2004. Has a favorite genre, special way of expression, has something that no one else has.
