Rap idol group “lyrical school” will release their new single, PRIDE, on October 28

Coming three months on the heels of their last single, FRESH!!!, released this July, the group’s new single, PRIDE, contains tunes by Tatsuya Iwabuchi, who, going back to the girls’ days when they performed as “tengal6,” was responsible for tracks like “tengal6”, “photograph”, “P.S.”, and “Que Sera Sera.” On this album, he handles the lyrics, Shigeki Tsubomitsu handles the composition, and Kosuke Takahashi does the arrangement.
The B-side is a collab between Iwabuchi on lyrics and Taiwanese trackmaker Ebbie East on composition and orchestration. This release is also the first time one of lyrical school’s albums is available in a different jacket for each member. Paired with the standard edition jacket, that makes for a total of seven variations. Also features new cuts of tracks from the tengal6 days, like “Put Your Hands Up” and “Shitteru / Shiranai”, re-recorded with the current cast.
