It has been revealed that AKB48‘s Kashiwagi Yuki will be releasing her 2nd solo single on October 16th. She will also be holding her 3rd solo concert at Yokohama Arena on November 7th.

This single will be her first solo single since releasing “Short Cake” about 8 months ago. According to the source, it will be described as a love song and has already been determined to be used as TVCM song (currently, details have not been revealed yet, but it seems to be a tie-up in large scale).

Furthermore, she will be the first AKB48 member to hold a solo concert at Yokohama Arena. The event is titled ‘Kashiwagi Yuki 3rd Solo Live Nete no Samete mo Yukirin World ~Motto Muchuu ni Sasechauzo♡~’. This time, tickets for Box seats and Arena seats will be sold to the public.

Kashiwai commented,

“It will mark my 3rd solo concert. This time, not only the scale of the venue, but also I’ll make my performance and stage effects more powerful. Then, I’d like to make it the best concert in this year.

When the concert of AKB48 suspended due to the earthquake, I was given the chance to use the venue (Yokohama Arena) for the nationwide handshake meeting. At that time, I thought that it’s so great if I could hold a solo concert in such a large venue. Now, I’m really happy that it will come true.
In Yokohama Arena, I want to challenge what I cannot do in AKB48’s concert. I’ll show new “Kashiwagi Yuki” as never before! There will be also some surprise, I’m planning now.”
