Flap Girls’ School Spread Their Wings in the MV for “Habatake Tsubasa”

Flap Girls’ School, the group that has their lessons open to public viewing, have released the MV for their 3rd single “Habatake Tsubasa” (release date: March 24).

Compared to their previous single “Omokaji Ippai” which was a cheerful pop-punk song with nautical-themed outfits and filmed in one continuous shot with a single camera, “Habatake Tsubasa” ventures towards the heavier end of the rock/metal spectrum and has a magical schoolgirl feel to it due to their capes and feather hair pins. As the title of the song suggests (“Habatake Tsubasa” translates roughly to “Flap, Wings”), the members of Flap Girls’ School appear to be flying their way out of the screen.

“Habatake Tsubasa” will be released in 4 versions: Type-F, Type-L, Type-A, and Type-P. Type-F and Type-A include the coupling song “Ashiki Shuukan”; Type-L and Type-P will have the coupling song “Kakusei”.
