Two big announcements came during the encore of Osaka vaporwave idol group Especia‘s Estrella Tour 2015 -VIVA FINAL- at Shin-Kiba Studio Coast on January 17, 2016. Beginning in April 2016, the group would move their base of operations to Tokyo. The bigger news came in the form of Chihiro Mise, Chika Sannomiya, and Monari Wakita’s graduation from Especia at the end of February.

Especia have begun promoting their album “CARTA” (release date: February 24) so if you’re a fan, make sure to get to one of the release events and see them before the graduations! “CARTA” will be released in 3 different versions. The limited edition CD/DVD version includes footage of their May 31, 2015 live at Umeda Quatro. The 2-CD limited edition includes 5 remixes and instrumentals of all the songs on the second CD.
