PiiiiiiiN (there is an “i” for each member in the group) has finally released their long-awaited first MV for their song “BRING IT ON!!!”
Filmed at Dr. Jeekahn’s in Shibuya, the venue where they made their stage debut in 2013, the video opens with the sound of a revving engine as the members of PiiiiiiiN get ready to rock out. While it’s not much more than a dance shot/performance MV, this might be the first chance for the world to experience this fresh and exciting group. You can also learn some Japanese phrases although, the English translations in the comic book style speech bubbles might not be 100% accurate.
Unfortunately, just as PiiiiiiiN has taken this big step forward, most of their website is under construction and there doesn’t seem to be anywhere to buy their music online! As exciting as indies idols can be with the freedom they have to experiment with different sounds, concepts, and outfits, sometimes it’s more difficult to buy their music or goods unless you actually go see them live. At the very least, the schedule part of their site still works so, you can see that PiiiiiiiN will be appearing at @JAM EXPO 2015 on August 29th at Yokohama Arena as well as every Thursday at Dr. Jeekahn’s for their weekly “Ai aru Seishun Rock Night!” performances. They will be having their second one-man live at Shinjuku BLAZE on July 4th so don’t miss that either!
