Choosing the #bestgirl of any anime series can be a demanding task. However, Japanese anime matome and news site is here to help you! This time they decided to ask their users who the best black haired girl of all time would be….

The poll was completed by over 10,000 users, with 59.9% of them being male and 40.1% being female.

One would have expected that Azunyan (Azusa Nakano) would have been a strong contender considering that they’re from the same series, but Mio takes the grand prize home. Azunyan only got spot #18 this time. Interestingly enough, if you seperate the results by gender, Mio only won the guys’ #1 vote. The girls’ ranking gave Mio the #5 spot instead, with Kiyoko Shimuzu from Haikyuu!! (spot #7 overall) taking the lead.
