Beboga! has announced that their activities will conclude after the release of their final single “Bimabe! / Natsu no Eien Girl” on August 29 2018.
The group began as “Baseball Girls” in 2014, making their indie debut in January 2015. In April the following year they went on a hiatus, before changing agencies in May and restarting their activities as “Beboga! (Niji no Conquistador Yellow Group)”. They officially became “Beboga!” from 2018 and had just achieved their major debut in April.
The disbandment announcement was released together with the MV for “Bimabe!”.
The MV shows the five girls enjoying a relaxing summer as they eat watermelon and play with fireworks in the countryside. Woven with the emotional lyrics, the members’ natural expressions as they spend their last summer together evoke a sentimental experience befitting of their final single.
The last live will be held on September 23 2018, at Kawasaki CLUB CITTA.
