BAND-MAID to Start off 2017 With a Huge Serving of Rock at Akasaka BLITZ!

BAND-MAID will be ringing in 2017 with not just the release of their 1st major label album “Just Bring It” (January 11) but they’ll also be holding their biggest one-man live yet when they take the stage at Akasaka BLITZ on January 9th.

Titled “1st Full Album『Just Bring It』Pre-Release One-man ~Shin’nen Hatsu no Okyuuji Hajimemasu”, the performance is an important checkpoint in the history of BAND-MAID as their popularity in Japan has been catching up with their success overseas. Akasaka BLITZ has a capacity of 1,298 (all standing) and is one of the many important venues for artists aiming to perform at Nippon Budokan and other large arenas.

“Just Bring It” has 13 tracks including “YOLO”. There will be a limited edition with a 32-page photobook as well as a regular version. BAND-MAID has also just launched a campaign tying together the releases of “YOLO” and “Just Bring It”. By sending in tickets enclosed in both CDs, several prizes will be awarded to lucky fans via lottery: A record of “YOLO” (M prize, 100 eligible), a cassette of “Unfair Game” (A prize, 100 eligible), a signed poster addressed to the winners (I prize, 10 eligible), headphones like the ones on the cover of “YOLO” (D prize, 1 eligible).
