ANGERME Cast a Bewitching Spell in the MV for “Majokko Megu-chan”!

ANGERME pay tribute to one of the pioneers of the magical girl anime genre with the MV for “Majokko Megu-chan” from their triple A-side single “Ai Sae Areba Nannimo Iranai/Namida Iro no Ketsui/Majokko Megu-chan” (release date: June 21)!
“Majokko Megu-chan” is an updated cover of the opening theme song of the 1970’s anime of the same name about a teenaged witch. The music is by Takeo Watanabe with lyrics by Kazuya Senke and arrangement by Jiro Miyanaga.
“Ai Sae Areba Nannimo Iranai/Namida Iro no Ketsui/Majokko Megu-chan” will be released in 3 limited edition CD/DVD versions, a Special Limited Edition CD/DVD edition, and 3 regular CD versions. Limited Edition Type-A includes the MV for “Ai Sae Areba Nannimo Iranai”, Limited Edition Type-B includes the MV for “Namida Iro no Ketsui”, and Limited Edition Type-B includes the MV for “Majokko Megu-chan”. The Special Limited Edition includes the dance shot MVs for “Ai Sae Areba Nannimo Iranai”, “Namida Iro no Ketsui”, and “Majokko Megu-chan”. All 3 limited editions include lottery tickets for ANGERME events and the regular versions include 1 of 9 (8 solo + 1 group) randomly selected trading cards with the members in the outfits for “Ai Sae Areba Nannimo Iranai” (Type-A), “Namida Iro no Ketsui” (Type-B), and “Majokko Megu-chan” (Type-C).
