Cambodian girls idol unit POXX will make debut on March 15th with their original song, and hold flash mob event at Pubstreet in Siemreap from 19:00 (local time).
Cambodia Stars Academy (CSA) is picking up, raising, and producing the future star at Cambodia to change the problems of Cambodian culture. At Cambodia, people who create music and artworks are rare to find since there is no education ground of those kinds of culture which connects to the problem of less original culture of Cambodia. The reality is that 80% of Cambodian music is an imitation version of music from the surrounding countries.
To help this situation changes, CSA is produced by Japanese creators. They have once taught Cambodian girls’ fashion, make up, and styling that brought a lot of reaction that connected to an opening of the first Facebook voting beauty contest of Cambodia. The total of votes was over ten thousand votes.

Finally, the first CSA girls unit of three members “POXX” will debut. Not just Japan, but also creators from all around the world have collaborated with CSA to create songs, choreograph, have song lessons, create costumes, and more. Now, they are challenging to raise Cambodian creators and to create a ground that yields original Cambodian culture.
Rate of the people who moan about the nonexistent of Cambodian young culture is increasing. It would be interesting if a new culture of Cambodia is produced from this project!
