SKE48 Announces Detail On Long-Awaited Single for The First Sub-Unit “Love Crescendo”

To commemorate Love Crescendo‘s first single, which comes out on November 25, 2015, SKE48 uploaded a special talk program to its YouTube channel.

The program invited one member from each of the units: Rara Goto (Love Crescendo), Sarina Souda (Caramel Cats), Nao Furuhata (Furumarion), Akari Suda (Transit Girls), and Kaori Matsumura (Dead Stock Diamond). Their new songs were finally revealed during the program as well.

The song “Koppu no Naka no Komorebi” by Love Crescendo is a fresh and pop number that illustrates the youth and purity of the unit.

“Anosaki no Mirai made” by Caramel Cats is a pleasant pop song about persevering and not giving up on dreams despite difficulties.

Sung by the adult unit Transit Girls, “Datte Ame Janai?” is an acoustic, mid-tempo song about the happiness felt by a girl’s mind when she is touched by casual kindness on a normal day just like any other.

The stylish dance song “Aishiteru toka, Aishiteta toka” by Furumarion is about the precocious, black-and-white view of the world. Since the members of this unit are great with instruments, the song also features synthesizer and saxophone.

Finally, the song “Heimin Shutsuba Sengen”, performed by Dead Stock Diamond, is a song that “can only be performed by members with strong personalities.” It is styled after digital rock, which has been gaining attention recently.

After listening to the new song by Love Crescendo, which contains the youngest members of the group, Kaori Matsumura said it reminded her of old SKE48 singles, sounding slightly envious of the youthfulness of the unit. Suda Akari said that the love song by Transit Girls, formed by founding members of SKE48, is something “that could have happened if I didn’t join SKE48…”
