Keyakizaka46 Break Ground on the Future in MV for Debut Single “Silent Majority”!

Keyakizaka46 take the first steps towards their dreams in the MV for their debut single “Silent Majority” (release date: April 6)!

Hinting at big things to come in their future, the members of Keyakizaka46 dance fiercely in the middle of a construction site near Shibuya Station lead by center Yurina Hirate. The choreography is by TAKAHIRO (Takahiro Ueno). There are also scenes of the members walking through the streets of Shibuya and rehearsing. They’re even dancing on the platform of the Yamanote Line at Shibuya Station! Here are some screencaps!

“Silent Majority” is the current commercial song for the fashion rental app mechakari. There are 22 commercials on the mechakari YouTube channel so go watch them all!

“Silent Majority” will be released in 3 limited edition CD/DVD versions and a regular CD version. Type-A includes the bonus track “Yamanote-sen” and the DVD includes the MVs for “Silent Majority” and “Yamanote-sen” as well as videos for members Nijika Ishimori, Minami Koike, Yuuka Sugai, Nanako Nagasawa, Yurina Hirate, Nanami Yonetani, and Rika Watanabe. Type-B includes the bonus track “Shibuya-gawa” and the DVD includes the MVs for “Silent Majority” and “Shibuya-gawa” as well as videos for members Yui Imaizumi, Rina Uemura, Rika Ozeki, Nana Oda, Shiori Sato, Manaka Shida, and Akane Mariya. Type-C includes the bonus track “Noriokureta Bus” and the DVD includes the MVs for “Silent Majority” and “Te wo Tsunaide Kaerouka” as well as videos for members Yui Kobayashi, Fuyuka Saito, Miyu Suzumoto, Mizuho Habu, Aoi Harada, Risa Watanabe, and Neru Nagahama. The regular version includes the bonus track “Kimi ga Inai”. The coupling song for all versions is “Te wo Tsunaide Kaerouka”. The limited editions will include a ticket to either participate in a Keyakizaka46 national handshake event or apply to receive a present as well as 1 randomly selected nama shashin.
