The MV for Kanna Hashimoto‘s solo debut single “Sailorfuku to Kikanju” (release date: February 23) has appeared!
The song is a cover of the theme song from the 1981 film adaptation sung by idol Hiroko Yakushimaru who played the same character as Kanna in “Sailorfuku to Kikanju -Sotsugyo-” (opens March 5, 2016). Scenes from the film are mixed in with those of Kanna walking slowly though empty streets while singing the melancholy song of love lost.
“Sailorfuku to Kikanju” will be released in a CD/DVD Type-A and a CD-only Type-B version. The coupling song for both versions is titled “arigato”. Type-A includes a 3rd song titled “Akuma na Kanna” and the MV for “Sailorfuku to Kikanju” on the DVD. Type-B includes a 3rd song titled “Little star”. Both versions will include 1 of 5 randomly selected nama shashin exclusive to each type and an event ticket. Actually, there is a Type-C version that includes an 8-page booklet and a different set of nama shashin but, for some reason, it is not available to purchase online.
