Keyakizaka46 reveal the backstory behind “Silent Majority”, their debut single that took Japan by storm in 2016 with its strong message of individuals unwilling to conform to society. “Getsuyōbi no Asa, Skirt wo Kirareta” delivers a different message than “Silent Majority”, showing young women who knew they do not want to conform to society but didn’t have the courage to stand up to them. Do they want to get used to lies that adults say in order to grow up? In a society where there’s no hope and dreams and people preach the importance of “working hard and get rewarded”, Keyakizaka46 question the validity and credibility of their elders. Are those people truly happy?

“Masshiro na Mono wa Yogoshitakunaru” was released in 2 2CD/DVD limited editions and a regular CD version. “Getsuyōbi no Asa, Skirt wo Kirareta” is included on limited edition Type-B and the regular version. Type-A and Type-B include deluxe photobooks and and DVD containing the documentary of their first live and the MVs that Keyakizaka46 had released since their debut.
